Removed in CS2: the old CS:GO network graph.
What to use instead in CS2
net_graph showed your FPS, ping, loss and choke in CS:GO. It does not exist in CS2. To see the same information, use cl_hud_telemetry_frametime_show 2 and cl_hud_telemetry_ping_show 2 (the Telemetry options in Settings › Game › Telemetry), or cl_showfps 1 for a quick FPS counter.
Use cl_hud_telemetry_frametime_show instead: shows FPS and frame time on screen (telemetry).
